What does Guided Launch cover?
Guided Launch turns the software into an agreed first setup for your business. It is required and priced separately from the subscription.
Agree the process. Confirm the enquiries, quotes or bookings to follow up and the data to bring across.
Build and connect. Configure the workspace, users, email and inbox; import up to 5,000 clean contacts; set up up to two pipelines, three forms or surveys, two calendars and three agreed automations. Agree the new phone-number or forwarding setup.
Test and train. Test the agreed setup, run one training session and take the first version live. These are initial implementation quantities, not software limits. Additional migration, configuration and custom work are separately scoped.
Communications usage, phone numbers, payment-provider charges and optional services are additional. Ongoing hands-on changes through Managed Success are separately scoped and priced.

How is WhatsApp different?
Zapla includes up to eight connected numbers and unlimited WhatsApp contacts, with initial setup scoped and messaging usage additional. GHL’s WhatsApp add-on costs US$10/month per enabled sub-account plus usage. Contact allowances and messaging charges are different things.
Do I need Growth for marketing?
With Zapla, Growth is the A$699/month + GST total subscription for the listed marketing capabilities. It is not added to the A$399 Follow-Through price. GHL Starter already includes email and SMS campaign tools, social scheduling and attribution features; WhatsApp and usage charges are separate.
Does Guided Launch include ongoing changes?
Guided Launch covers a finite, agreed implementation. Standard support covers normal product questions and access or fault issues. Ongoing hands-on changes through Managed Success are optional and separately scoped and priced.
Can I cancel?
Zapla’s standard subscription is month-to-month after launch and can end at the close of the paid period. GHL offers monthly and annual billing; annual subscriptions are paid upfront and unused time is generally non-refundable under its terms.
